The Arab Administrative Development Organization – ARADO is pleased to announce the Second International Conference on Cyber Law – ICCY II, being organized with the support of the Arab African Centre – AAC (Egypt) and Cartil Ltd. (Malta). The conference will be held at Corinthia San Gorg Hotel in Valletta, Malta from 27^thtill the 30^thof November, 2006.

ICCY II builds on the outputs achieved by ICCY I that was held in Hurghada – Egypt in 2005. ICCY II thus provides an international forum for the formulation of an International Strategy and Plan for Internet Legislation and Regulation. The conference also serves as an ideal venue for learning, networking, sharing common goals, exchanging tactical ideas and current information on issues related to Cyber Law. In addition, ICCY II provides a primary opportunity for those in the operating system, computer security, networking, and telecommunications fields to gain focused access to a highly influential group of internet and computer security experts from around the world.

ICCY II is international in both, its scope and its attendance. The concurrent sessions will feature presentations by recognized experts and practitioners on the latest developments in the field covering: cyber crime, cyber investigation, cyber law, digital evidence, incident response and prevention, vulnerability analysis, and computer and internet security. The conference will also include declaration of the establishment of the International Association for Cyber Law (IACY); as well as the formulation of an action plan for the third International Conference on Cyber Law – ICCY III.
