ICCY II Agenda:

The conference will be divided into the following three components:

Component 1: Sessions will cover:

• Cyber Law, Cyber Crime and Cyber Investigation

• The Impact of Digitalism on Civil and Criminal Legal Procedures, Digital Evidence (definition, main features, impact)

• International Agreements on Digital Evidence

Component 2:  will include a plenary session for:

• Declaring the Establishment of the International Association for Cyber Law (IACY)

• Formulating the Cyber Law Chart

Component 3: Roundtable with the aim of:

• Preparing the ICCY II declaration including conclusions and resolutions

• Preparing for ICCY III

The conference will also feature the following three concurrent seminars:
